Help Losing Erection Quality with PE, Am I doing it wrong?
Newbie member here, but follower of Thunder’s for years and about 1 year into PE efforts. I’ve recently been reinvigorated to dial into PE even more and have been more dedicated over the last 3 weeks or so than I have been before. However; I’m wondering if this is a stage in the process or if I’m doing something wrong.
See, I have only ejaculated a handful of times over the last few weeks, only while having sex with the wife. So night-time/Morning wood has been decent. However; when we’re getting after it, I’ve been having a little trouble reaching and maintaining a high-level of Erection Quality from stimulation, and wonder if it’s due to a “desensitivity” from all the PE I’ve been doing. I’ve going about 5 days on with 2 days off (usually the weekend), then back at it for 5 days.
The question I have is, is this normal? Am I going to hard after it? Do I need to take more rest days? Should I space out my rest days? Or is everything all good and this all just part of the process?
For anyone able/willing to give guidance, here’s a quick glimpse into my routine:
I do a Shower routine, as I’m still stealthy:
- 5 Min. Warm up in shower with Hot Water
- 5 min. Manual Stretch
- 50 3-5-seconds Wet Jelqs
- 50 3-5-seconds V Jelqs
- 5 min. Manual Stretch
- 1-2 times a week I hang with Golf weights for 45-75 min.
- 2-3 times a week clamping for 20-30 min.
- I’ve also been doing a lot of kegels throughout my day
Again my question is around Erection Quality, help please!
