I’m brand new to Thunder’s Place and I’ve come primarily to increase my erection quality. At 19 years old, I find it concerning that my overall erection quality has depleted. It is pretty hard for me to get erections with partners, despite having been with the same girl for almost a year now. When I do get erections, they are usually not very hard, compared to how they used to be within the last two years. A lot of the information on the site talks about how PE will assist your erection quality, but I don’t know what I should do to target it. As of right now, I have been self medicating with increased exercise ( I try to run for 10-30 minutes every day) and I have been taking 1000mg of L-Arginine three times throughout my day. Are there any thoughts or suggestions on things to assist my erection quality? The help is appreciated!

Excessive masturbation can lead to poor EQ. So if that applies in your case, adjust accordingly. How is your testosterone level? Have you discussed your symptoms with a medical doctor? These questions should be addressed before anything else really. Just relying on suggestions to treat a problem is not the best approach. You need to first find the cause.

I don’t remember the correct numbers, but I think you’re taking too much L arginine.

Don’t self medicate, as Ecto suggested get your testosterone levels tested.

Do you watch porn? (often)

Light jelqing works really well to improve the EQ.

As other guys already said: don’t ejaculate too many times and I’d suggest to stop watching porn.

I’m with Drako on the light jelqing. Some kegel exercises should help as well.

Porn and excessive masturbation haven’t been an issue for me in regard to EQ (you don’t even wanna know how long I used to edge for), but I’d highly recommend whatever you’re doing on that front to be done in moderation.

I would take into consideration you stress level. At your age a work schedule combined with school can be very stressful. It is common for young males to feel stressed out and even depressed at your age. These can all affect your EQ.

I think you’re doing everything right insofar as exercise. That’s probably the best thing you can do.

The likelyhood of this being a testosterone issue is low, given your young age and the fact that your EQ was good recently. Men normally don’t have testosterone problems until later in life. I hope this helps.

Take shilajeet with warm milk twice a day. Very good.

I’m 19 as well, and I can tell you that we high school/college students take it way off the healthy line. We eat so much crap that is good for nothing. I suggest changing your diet and add in some green tea,ginger tea you could even mix turmeric in warm milk ,get some exercise. All this will help with your over all health.

Turmeric is an estrogen blocker. Will help If you have reduced testosterone, also take some multivitamins.
