Hi guys, I haven’t reported for quite a while, but today I’m writing not to share gains.
I will share knowledge, that has been widely discussed here, but I didn’t believe it by myself till last week.
I have driven to my countryside house for semi-vacation week and took a book, “The Hardness Factor”. As a financier and mathemathician - I have mostly read only classic literature and finance books before. “The Hardness Factor” became the first well-rounded book about health and diet, that ended up in my hands. Some of you may know, that I have experienced EQ problems previously. Even with my athlethic body and 20s - there were either erection fails and fear of prostatitus, that I carry since 21 YO. So, I had hopes that this book will fix something and improve my sexual life.
It has done so in one heck week!
I’m really open-minded and with my physical culture can take up really much exercises, as well as modify diet with ease. So, it is like I got well-working recipe into my hands and head, WOW! Even first exercise, Side Lunge Reach, works outstandingly good for my erection and libido. I can’t understand how it gone missing in BUNCHES of YouTube videos about calisthenics and street workout, cause it shapes by buttocks swiftly!
Minor modifications of my dairy diet with the change to chicken and vegetables with fruits - also improved my morning wood. Can’t believe, that I’m AGAIN having it. Previously it was like once in a 2-4 months and after pumping with stretching exercises!
What about overall erection? Previously it has been really weak and often reversed to hanging without a reason. BUT today I’m writing, because I experienced something new for my age and something old from puberty. I have masturbated and ejaculated in shower before morning calisthenics. Quite good morning wood, ok. But after morning training I decided to go second time. And my erection reached that like a steel beam state!!! WHAT?! HOW?! Penis really became as hard as an extended joint and I weren’t able to change its direction! The first time since….14-16 YO may be, may be since 19, I wonder.
Real pity, that my GF in another town currently, but I feel how happy and joyful she will be in September.
I’m sure to keep up a new diet and several new exercises from the book, as they worked out in a several days. Such speed. Unreal. I didn’t even start taking supplements yet, huh.
Also, PE exercises will change too I feel, as erection will be peaking with greater ease. That would be interesting.
Wish everyone with EQ problems to read “The Hardness Factor”. That’s not a bible. That’s science. Medical science with the great amount of data being analyzed, based on experience and with right conclusions being made!
