Anyway…I’ve lengthened my orgasms a lot from kegeling, and particularly by doing weighted kegels — like putting a wet washcloth on the end of my erection and lifting it up and down.

But long orgasms take some training. Try it while masturbating. Every time you cum, do hard reverse kegels (as if you’re pushing pee out) and imagine shooting your spooge out the end of your dick with each flex. If you keep stimulating your dick as you keep visualizing the river of hot cum you’re shooting up the back and ass crack of that imaginary fuckee’s ass, your orgasm will last longer. With practice, you can make it last a lot longer. I’ve never timed mine, but I bet I can keep the sensation of orgasm going for at least 30 or 40 seconds — or least it seems that way, which is what matters.

If you can both increase your output of semen and build a strong BC muscle, orgasmic sensation can increase in duration in two ways. The more semen you produce, the longer it takes to pump it out; by increasing the number of ejaculation contractions you have (they occur at intervals of 0.8 seconds) the whole event takes a lot longer.

I’ve been tinkering with this for some time. Started out at 7 - 8 contractions and am now up to 23- 25, a significant difference.
