I’m just going to put this one here. I can’t explain it, maybe it’s normal I just didn’t expect it.

I’ve been using an All Day Stretcher (around the leg) for about a week, increasing the time throughout. I try to position everything exactly the same in order to match the tension, because I have no way to tell.

What’s interesting is it seems to be impacting my girth and volume. It doesn’t feel like edema. Also my BPFSL has been coming in 1/4 inch shorter.

Weird.

After reading a few other posts on the topic, it’s not uncommon to see gains in girth from extending, hanging, and I guess all-day stretching. I just didn’t expect it. I also didn’t expect the retraction, it appears that it pulls back with a vengeance. My BPFSL is shorter by 1/4”.

It shouldn’t pull back with a vengeance. I think it could be a sign of overdoing.

One word: Septum.

Although it will depend on some other variables, such as for example how your BPFSL right now compares to BPEL, but my first impression dealing with this for so long and correcting it recently, is that you have reached the dead end. The limiting factor, the Septum.

Thank you. You’re probably right. I’m going to lay off a while. I remember reading that too much tension applied will have the counter effect and toughen the tunica and limiting future gains.

I don’t know if I applied too much. I could feel the strain. I went for 15 mins on 5 mins off for a total of 30 mins on the first two days. Took a day off. Then I went for 1 hour on and 5 mins off for a total of 3 hours on the two last day.

Hey igigi,

Thank you! Right now, my BPEL is 1/4” longer than my BPFSL. Before now they were equal or sometimes BPFSL was a 1/4” longer after a good workout with manual stretches. I haven’t studied up on the septum. Just hoping that the girthiness that I feel is a good thing and not an injury. I’m taking off today and prob. tomorrow.

On another note, I began pumping while erect. I can feel a difference but most notably little tears on the tip of my foreskin. I concluded that this is due to greater than normal expansion, which is good because I want to gain girth. But, it’s that annoying pain.
