Hello again everyone. Some of you might know my name as I am not new to this site and have posted before. I’m on a break from PE despite some very encouraging gains. I started around the beginning of July and in two weeks I seen length gains and in three I seen girth gains. For arguments sake I was PEing for a month.

My improvements are:

-Increased hardness
-Decreased time of refractionary period
-Improved vein definition
-Improved flaccid hang/girth
-More spontaneous erections
-Was starting to get morning wood regularily
-Started at 6.5 inches BPEL. Now I am 7.25-7.33 inches BPEL.
-Started at 4.75 inches MSEG. Now I am 4.9 inches MSEG (more around 4.8 inches now since I started taking a break)

This isn’t my first time having to stop PE and masturbation though. Earlier in the year around April I had to stop PE due to numbness and discoloration but with no gains. I now have increased size and increased EQ but numbness? I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Negative signs are:

-Decreased sensitivity of the glans
-Occasional cold glans while flaccid
-Decreased flaccid hang
-Discolouration of glans

I’m really discouraged. Twice this has happened where I’ve injured myself using manual exercises. I’m not uncomfortable with my body in anyway including my penis size but like a lot of you simply just desire a larger penis for many reasons including performance, cosmetic reasons, etc.I’ll post pictures soon.

Please offer some insight and advice if you can. Even if I recover from this I don’t think I can risk continuing PE.

What kind of technique have you done? What exactly you mean with “numbness”? Do feel pleasure with intercourse/masturbation?

Those gains sound pretty good, despite the negative signs you’re seeing too. I don’t know how negative those symptoms can be though if you’re gaining.

Sounds like you are overdoing it a bit.

Starting (10 / 2006): 5.8~BPEL, 5~BG ----> Current: 7.6 BPEL, 5.6 BG ----> Goal: Pringles Can

Sounds like all of the negative effects is from stretching.


Starting 01/05/2009: BPEL: 15.5 cm (6.1 inches) MSEG: 12.5 cm (4.9 inches)

back then: BPEL: 17.5 cm (6.9 inches) MSEG: 13 cm (5.1 inches)

Now: BPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) MSEG: 12.7 cm (5.0 inches)

My routine consists of
-5-minute warm up
-3 10 second stretches. Standard manual stretch angled downwards.
-Brief rewarming.
-20 3 second jelqs at 50% erect level. Depending on the day I sometimes go below that or slightly above it but majority of the time spent with 50%.
-Warm down in shower while doing 20 or so JAI stretches. I originally employed JAI stretches at the end of my routine to reduce potential turtle time by or so I think.

Fri - Off

I started with 1 stretch and 10 jelqs for the first week and went up to my current routine during the second. My very first time attempting PE I used the Newbie Routine and found injury and no results.

Numbness is most obvious while flaccid. I used to be able to feel the tip with my fingers and feel a good sensation. That sensation is virtually nonexistent now. I can even pinch (haven’t tried extremely hard) my glans and feel no pain (didn’t attempt when I was at original sensitivity so I can’t say for sure if it would have hurt). The discolouration comes and goes. It is most apparent when I’m at the smallest stage of my flaccid. I compare the blotching to continents on a globe. My head becomes cold occasionally. Also, for whatever reason my head swells with blood while flaccid while cold but this does not happen regularily.

Generally during masturbation I need to use a tighter grip and a faster stroke to achieve orgasm. Level of arousal dictates the tightness and speed. I am single so I have no knowledge of my current sensitivity during intercourse.

Did you masturbate this way before you injured your penis? Is this way of masturbating habitual for you?

It sounds like it may be a vascular problem, do you have low blood pressure?

Numbness is bad. It could be something. It could be nothing. See a doctor immediately. Tell him everything. Be honest.

Since you seem able to have normal erections, to me what you are experiencing sounds more like a reduced sensitivity of glans. This is normal as consequence of manual stretches; after some week, sensitivity tends to come back anyway.

If you feel worried, you should speak with a urologist.
