Increasing manual stretches past 10minutes ? Please advise
Hi all,
Just started PE and I’ve done a few sessions so far.
I started the newbie routine, 10min jelq and 5min stretches.
I’ve already gained 0.5-1cm in length. Not sure why it’s so fast, but I’m really happy. Went from 13.5cm length to about 14-14.5cm length.
Anyways, I wanted to ask: When I’ve eventually got up to 10min manual stretches, and I’ve done multiple sessions on it, and am ready to increase the duration, is it worth increasing the time I do manual stretches to over 10minutes, like 12.5min and 15min etc ?
On the newbie routine page, it says get to a maximum of 10min, just wondering if I can extend that to more than 10min ?
If I can increase it, whats the maximum manual stretch duration ?
