Increasing manual stretches past 10minutes ? Please advise

Hi all,

Just started PE and I’ve done a few sessions so far.

I started the newbie routine, 10min jelq and 5min stretches.

I’ve already gained 0.5-1cm in length. Not sure why it’s so fast, but I’m really happy. Went from 13.5cm length to about 14-14.5cm length.

Anyways, I wanted to ask: When I’ve eventually got up to 10min manual stretches, and I’ve done multiple sessions on it, and am ready to increase the duration, is it worth increasing the time I do manual stretches to over 10minutes, like 12.5min and 15min etc ?

On the newbie routine page, it says get to a maximum of 10min, just wondering if I can extend that to more than 10min ?

If I can increase it, whats the maximum manual stretch duration ?

Try sticking to the routine for now. Many reasons it was written the way it was. Take your time.

Well the most important thing in P.E is listen to your penis.

As long you don’t have pain, visual effects or erection quality problems you can increase slowly from session or session.
