infrared lamp for warmup?

Has anyone used an infrared lamp to warm up the penis before PE?

These lamps are normally used to warm up muscles only by pointing their light on them.

Using them for PE warmup you would have to cover the balls, I guess.

No. I tend to look for moist heast sources.

If it does a good job of warming the penis and ligaments without drying maybe its worth using but a warm wrap will normally create enough heat that you can feel the tissue relax. I guess you’re best bet (unless someone offers something better than this rambling) is to compare the effects of a warm wrap and the lamp and go by feel.

I don’t have a microwave to heat up a rice sock. So I’m searching for an alternative.

Is a hot towel really enough for a warmup?

I PE in the sauna. Can’t beat that for ‘hot moist wrap’.

A hot wrap is the best method I’ve come across. A couple of facecloths rotated between penis and hot water for about 5 minutes are great.

When I first started out I used the hot cloth wrap but lately I’ve switched to using a heating pad. I could never get the cloth hot enough because I keep my water heater turned down due to young kids. When I do my ‘am’ workout I don’t have to get out of bed, I just roll over and plug it in. Also, when I start stretching I can keep the pad applied to my ligs to keep them good and pliable. Makes for a real good stretch.
