which infrared lamp to buy ?

Hi guys,

Which infrared lamp you could recommend buying in UK?

I have seen one in Amazon.co.uk (price around &10). It output is 100W only. I wonder if it is sufficient?

Also does the infrared is damaging to the eyes? Do you need to keep eyes closed or ware some sunglasses or something?

I want to use infrared while pumping.

Intraphil by Phillips is the one I use. It’s really good. I dropped it once and the bulb stopped working. I returned it to the store and they replaced the whole lamp for free.

Yes, 100 watts is more than sufficient and it will not burn your eyes, so you don’t need to wear some protective goggles or shades.
