Infrared lamp-is this suitable

As the sufferer of a stiff “cord” within my penis, I have been recording my jelqing for a year and have not gained. From reading this thread

It’s not too expensive at £30, but if it’s not gonna help at all it will still be a waste of money. At the moment I am using a hot water bottle for heating. I would have thought this will at least be more consistent.

I was also wondering if the same could be achieved, by simply purchasing an infrared bulb and putting that in a desk lamp.

Hmm…that’s weird. There is a paragraph missing. What I thought I wrote was the user "Twitch" in that thread talked about a "far infrared lamp" which that is not, at least from what I can tell from the spec list.
