Infrared heat lamp advice
Just searching for a decent infrared heat lamp to use while wearing my extender and while hanging, which I’ll be starting in a month or so. I’m one of the lucky guys who works remotely from home, so I have 8 hours to integrate a routine into my work time, in privacy, so the heat lamp will be going under the desk. Excited about the prospect, as I’ve been researching the therapeutic effects of infrared heat in terms of increased blood flow, tissue recovery etc. It’s winter over here and getting a ”recoil” tug wearing the extender at times…
Now, this is probably a very dumb question, but one I need to ask, as I’ve a somewhat paranoid disposition. This there any difference between the infrared bulbs/lamps used for brooding/reptiles, etc and the bulbs used for human health and wellness purposes? Also, what would be the ideal bulb for PE purposes, 100, 150 or 250w?
