Injury advice

I started using a silicon sleeve vacuum ADS last week, have noticed a tiny degree of elongation HOWEVER: I seem to have sustained an injury of sorts - not sure if anybody else has experienced similiar, but some input would be great.

My unit curves slightly upwards and to the left, since using the ADS I have an ongoing and slightly worrying “ache” occuring in my left CC, which is strange because my curve appears to be caused by a “fuller” right CC, rather than a shorter left etc.
