Instructional videos won't load

Hello,

For some reason the instructional videos on this site won’t load for me. If anyone has any clue why this may be happening and how to fix it, it would be very much appreciated. It would probably be helpful if I provided some more details about my particular computer, but being a bit computer illiterate like I am, I’m not sure which details would be relevant, so please feel free to ask.

Have a look at the bottom of the page where you will see ‘similar threads’ and a couple of links . Give that a try, and if you still have problems come back to us , of course.

Right click on the video link and select “save as”.
