Why can't I download the instructional videos

My account has been activated and when I try to download them I get a message that says:

“You don’t have permission to open this page.
You don’t have permission to view “vid_name.mpg”.”

Try clearing your cache.

Where do you download the video’s guys?

Hi, as e recent newbie myself I had the same problem, you have to wait until your account is validated before you can download the videos, this is different from activating your account, this was a few hours wait for me.

Hi everyone.

I’ve been a regular visitor to this page for the past month, and so I decided to join the website this morning. However, I’m having trouble downloading the instructional videos on this website; as I was about to start with the newbie routine today. Everytime I click on the download video button, a new window gets opened but it just keeps loading and nothing shows up.Is Anyone else having trouble with this?

Yesterday I had problems to download the videos

I have found out that removing the cookies from my PC was the solution.

After each download I have first to remove this cookies

I had also problems to download the videos

I resolved it by removing the cookies from my PC

I have to repeat that before each download

Same problem as berhkl removing the cookies didn’t work either pleas help

I couldn’t view them either, so I just right-clicked the link and hit ‘Save as…’ After that, all my problems just melted away… :whatever:

Actually, I miss where it used to say how many times a video has been downloaded. Made me feel helpful or some shit. :chuckle:
