Interesting and original hanging question

While this matter concerns hanging, because I am new I can only post here.

I hang with an LG hanger, now at 13lbs / 1 hr daily, going strong 1 month. Hang while standing, Straight down. Nothing special right?

I discovered that if I swing the weight in a circle between my legs, I get a better stretch. But then, I discovered that if I lean over in such a way that my torso is close to parallel to the ground, and then perform the circles, WOW. What a stretch. I can feel all the way deep tissue getting stretched in such a way that makes me think: this PE stuff is actually going to work. In fact the next day, if I just grab the head of my penis and pull around in various directions, I can feel that nice deep tissue.. Not soreness.. But fatigue in the same places as the previous night while swinging the weight in circles. Like the day after a kick butt workout. All with just a few minutes of orbital swinging! If I do SD for the entire hour and skip the swinging, next day soreness/stretch is 1/5th as powerful, at best. And it’s a good sore/fatigue.

Now, with this swinging technique, I know I’m targeting structures that are NOT targeted when simply hanging SD while standing.

What’s my point? Simply this - Since I only swing for a few minutes bent over, and the other 95% of the time I’m SD, that means the fibers being attacked while swinging are only getting a few minutes of exercise each day. Sure, outwardly it appears that I’m hanging for an hour each day, but a more technical look reveals that I’m attacking SD ligs for 55 minutes, and other orbital ligs for 5 mins while circle swinging bent over (which probably simulates Straight Out hanging). This begs the questions: Is this a bad idea? 5 minutes shouldn’t be enough to cause them growth, and *might* actually cause them to toughen, or worse, shrink (there is a school of thought that thinks too little PE will cause just enough trauma to make scar tissue that tightens/shrinks the area).

It’s a dilemma because I really want to do this.. It feels 10x more productive to do the bent over swing technique I’m describing vs. Plain old SD - I feel every little fiber being stretched.. SD I don’t feel anything.

SD I might feel a little soreness the next day if I grab my glans and pull straight out.
Bent over swing I feel WOW soreness the next day - even if only 5-10 mins.

What should I do?
