I decided on a routine and a question
As my goals are +1” EL & +1.5” (Now EBPL 6.5”; EG 5.25”) I’ve decided to follow Ulistretch’s original program. For one, I’ll be travelling overseas in rough country for the next year and one or two 20 - 30 minute sessions per day sans equipment should work out.
I may modify my goals based on my wife’s desires. In a book by Betty Dobson called “Orgasms for Two”, she recommends that a woman take a large zuchini and begin whittleing it down until she finds her “match made in heaven” dildo size. Then she can run down to the sex shop and get her boy. In this case, if the occasion arises, I may ask my wife to do the same. But she won’t be going to the store afterward. I’ll have to wait for the right time, probably after I actually make some gains.
I know Ulis are for non-Newbs but I’ve been doing them very conservatively and carefully. I’ll up the intensity when it seems prudent. Thanks to all for your kind concern in keeping us Newbs healthy! The constant warnings are great.
One exercise I’m intrigued with trying down the road is the Obend. I found it in an old thread. It seemed many were excited about it at the time. Any reports on it’s effectiveness?
Regarding that exercise (Obend): Does one use Kegels to pump blood into a 10% erection, perform a touniquet grip and then cautiously bend?
To what percentage of erect size does one Kegel and clamp to?
Am I getting it right?
I understand that MrOrange did’nt leave clean tracks, but if anyone was able to put it all together I’d be grateful to hear it.

Oh, about Ulis: Has anyone read the book by Mantak Chia called “Taoist Secrets of Love; Cultivating Male Sexual Energy”? In it Chia offers a PE method that resembles Ulistretch’s. He advises to stretch the member until erect. Tourniquet grip it, slide up the shaft to engorge, and then to pull out to the side and rotate for 36 times counter and clockwise, maintaining the grip througout. Do both sides, then gently beat the inner thighs with it. He then advises to soak it in warm water. He finishes by saying you should be able to get an inch of “healthy growth” in a month; “.further gains may be realized, depending on individual anatomy.” A bit exagerated, but interesting, given that Ulistretch wrote that he was living in Asia.
