I decided on a routine and a question

As my goals are +1” EL & +1.5” (Now EBPL 6.5”; EG 5.25”) I’ve decided to follow Ulistretch’s original program. For one, I’ll be travelling overseas in rough country for the next year and one or two 20 - 30 minute sessions per day sans equipment should work out.

I may modify my goals based on my wife’s desires. In a book by Betty Dobson called “Orgasms for Two”, she recommends that a woman take a large zuchini and begin whittleing it down until she finds her “match made in heaven” dildo size. Then she can run down to the sex shop and get her boy. In this case, if the occasion arises, I may ask my wife to do the same. But she won’t be going to the store afterward. I’ll have to wait for the right time, probably after I actually make some gains.

I know Ulis are for non-Newbs but I’ve been doing them very conservatively and carefully. I’ll up the intensity when it seems prudent. Thanks to all for your kind concern in keeping us Newbs healthy! The constant warnings are great.

One exercise I’m intrigued with trying down the road is the Obend. I found it in an old thread. It seemed many were excited about it at the time. Any reports on it’s effectiveness?

Regarding that exercise (Obend): Does one use Kegels to pump blood into a 10% erection, perform a touniquet grip and then cautiously bend?
To what percentage of erect size does one Kegel and clamp to?
Am I getting it right?
I understand that MrOrange did’nt leave clean tracks, but if anyone was able to put it all together I’d be grateful to hear it.

Oh, about Ulis: Has anyone read the book by Mantak Chia called “Taoist Secrets of Love; Cultivating Male Sexual Energy”? In it Chia offers a PE method that resembles Ulistretch’s. He advises to stretch the member until erect. Tourniquet grip it, slide up the shaft to engorge, and then to pull out to the side and rotate for 36 times counter and clockwise, maintaining the grip througout. Do both sides, then gently beat the inner thighs with it. He then advises to soak it in warm water. He finishes by saying you should be able to get an inch of “healthy growth” in a month; “.further gains may be realized, depending on individual anatomy.” A bit exagerated, but interesting, given that Ulistretch wrote that he was living in Asia.

Though you haven’t had any problems with Uli’s yet, it is still recommended you do the Newbie Routine.

Other wise it would say right below the newbie routine:

However, it doesn’t. Sorry to say it but I suggest you do start out on the Newbie Routine and then maybe 2-3 months later or longer, start Uli’s. Don’t want you injuring your unit, you only have one. Besides, if you injure it, your not going to be able to PE for atleast x-amount of time; an otherwise unnecessary wait if you’d of just started out and conditioned your unit with the Newbie Routine.

Hopefully this helped. Even if it wasn’t exactly what you wanted to hear, it’s better that I tell you now before you get injured for trying to rush into things and doing advanced exercises before your unit was conditioned to safely allow such. Other than that, good luck with your PE! :up:

A few short duration, easy one-handed squeezes - basically Ulis - mixed into the standard newbie routine shouldn’t hurt anything as long as they are kept mild. The ideal state for this is engorged, but not actually erect.

The frequent warnings aren’t only for avoiding injuries, but for attaining the best results. Get the most out of the least intensity before increasing it. If you jump into high intensity advanced stuff you may cause your tissues to toughen instead of permanently expanding. Tease out the size, don’t try to force it. An easy initial approach is the best way to go. Stick with some manual stretching and jelqing on a regular schedule for the first few months. After you get a feel for how you respond you can consider other methods such as hanging.

The “Obend” is a recent revival of the Sadsak slinky.

I had never heard of Mantak Chia. Sounds like he promoted a simple, basic PE routine. Don’t expect 1” in a month.

I’ve decided to respond with several short points :)

1) Stop the Ulis
2) Start the newbie routine
3) After 3 months of the newbie routine THEN you can add in Ulis or O-Bends
4) The Ulis and O-Bends are dangerous for newbies to do “straight off the bat”
5) Also, the Ulis and O-Bends will provide better results when your penis is more “conditioned”
6) Yes Ulis and O-Bends produce good gains, but if you damage your penis, gains won’t be very important will they?
7) Mantak Chia is a new name to me, but don’t expect an inch in a month, in fact, don’t even expect HALF an inch in your first month. It’s possible, but extremely unlikely.
8) This is my favourite point - “Consistency and quality above all else”

Hobby, your comments regarding avoidance of tissue toughening got my attention. I’m still not clear on the real meaning of the word “conditioning”. But avoiding scar tissue formation during PE is probably a good idea.

My main rationale for doing Ulis now is that I don’t want more than 1” in added length. I believe my wife is rather shallow but wide. I’d like to be able to consistently touch her cervix but still be able to comfortably (for her) go up to the hilt and do pubic bone to clit stimulation (which she loves). Looking at the routines of those members who have achieved length to girth gain ratios of 1:2 or 1:1.5 it was obvious that ulis and other girth exercises were the way to go. Ulistretch’s routine seemed a simple and safe route.

However, I have no intention of getting hurt nor getting a mottled dick, so I’ll heed your advice about Uli’s.

Forgive me if I ask about Uli’s however. I’m leaving the country for a while and will have limited and spotty intenet access for the next year. I’m trying to accumulate as much information to take with as possible:

If one Kegels in blood to get more engorged (say 80-90%) priot to tourniquet application would’nt that require less movement up the shaft and prevention of the baseball bat effect?

And, at that point, what is the real difference between an 80% Uli and clamping or manual clamping?

I consider portions of the content of this book to be among the most important things that I have ever read.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, the techniques of penis elongation and enlargement (pgs. 240-241) discussed are not consistent with gains of a “healthy inch in the first month or two of practice”, although I think for some, this may be possible, just not for most of us.

For PE matters, stick with what you find here. For cultivating your sexual energy, you’ve already got the best reference that I’m aware of.

Yep. Grip at the base. Relax the grip as you kegel, then immediately retighten. Repeat until the shaft is fully engorged but not very erect. Then when you slide your grip forward it won’t move very far.

Clamping is longer duration and sometimes higher intensity. When you eventually add Ulis stick with manual ones at first. Some like to mix them into a jelqing routine. Do x jelqs, a 30 second Uli, x jelqs, another Uli, etc.

Hey Hobby. I just read an old post of yours where you said you’d eliminated discoloration during girth exercises by maintaining some skin slack. So, how were the long term results of this strategy?
