routine question
Hi guys
I have this idea floating around my head a last couple of days. I am wondering about changing my routine so I would do like:
Length routine on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Girth routine on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Sunday off day. Then on Monday beginning with the length again.
The routines would look something like that.
Length:
5 min warm up
10-15 min various stretching exercises
5 min warmdown
Girth
5 min warm up
15 min various girth exercises
5 min warm down.
Can you give me some feedback on this routine. Is this sufficient for the good gains? Has anybody else tried this type of regimen?
