I saw a recent post where somebody asked for an intermediate routine focused on length. I will be approaching the 4 month mark soon and I would like to focus my routines more on girth. I think I have read up on almost every girth exercise but I would appreciate some suggestions. It’s the same without working out in the gym. I know all the moves but I always needed some help creating an efficient routine. So, any suggestions on exercises, duration, number of reps etc. focused towards girth would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Same here. I’ve been pumping for a couple of months now, and have been introducing mild clamping for a few weeks. No stunning results yet (good length gains, though), but these seem to be the two most popular methods for girth. Eagerly awaiting expert advice…

Do Ulis, horses and clamping for girth. These gave me great results, 3cm in girth in 8 months.

Anything else guys? I know all about the ulis, horse, clamping and I have experimented. But what would be a great routine to ease out of the newbie routine without overdoing it.

2x10 min of clamping
10x15 sec Ulis
10x15 sec horses

And keep your normal routine or cut some time away from it, example: 5 min of jelqing instead of 10.

If you aren’t a newbie I would add sadsky’s (sp?) exercises in there too - bend your penis at about 80% erection.

No, bending has high injury risks. This should be your final option, after trying all other exercises.

The best girth exercise I have found next to pumping is Girth Blasters. Take it easy with this one until you get used to the intensity of the internal pressure it allows you to generate.
