Intermittent Fasting Help To Gain Size Faster Due To Higher HGH Levels

So iam very much so into health and nutrition. I do intermittent fasting for many reasons, from health benefits to the gym benefits. If you don’t know what IF is do research and look into it. I personally believe, every man on this earth should be doing it considering our ancestors did this naturally. So to keep things short, IF if done correctly and combined with a solid diet, will highly increase not only your HGH levels but testosterone as well through many different ways. Thus why I said every man on earth should be doing it. It also increases libido through the roof might I add.

So my question is, could IF potentially help with gains from PE? IF not only raises test and HGH levels but also allows your body to go through a regeneration of cells process and is known to help with healing and releasing toxins from your body. So it seems to me that IF could potentially really, really help with gains. Especially if one feels they are at a plateau or hault of gains. Any thoughts or ideas on this guys? I appreciate your time.

An increase in HGH levels and testosterone levels have never been shown to increase the penis in any way.

I love IF. Its the perfect pattern of eating for me and my schedule.

I’ve been an IF’er for many years, long before I ever even knew there was a name for it. I’ve also been doing PE since long before this site started. I don’t ejaculate very often. I now have an extremely big cock. It took a long time, steadfast dedication and a positive outlook.

I aim to eat in a 6 hour window most days. It has worked wonders in losing body fat.

I’ve thought about this and by means of science it should work. The growth hormone repairs where there is injury and in need of growth.

Also libido is higher, sending more blood to the phallus more often which is always good for the goal of PE.

That’s awesome to hear about everyone who does IF as well! It has honestly been one of the greatest life decisions I have ever made, hands down.

Now, I do know a few things, I do know that interment fasting will shed body fat and sustain body muscle, therefore in an indirect way help you gain penis size in this manner alone (if you have a fat pad that is). Which I know a lot of people on here are trying hard to lose fat, they should consider this.

I do know that the increased HGH levels help you grow healthier hair, healthier finger nails, healthier skin (can even fix acne problems and skin allergy issues) , more oxygenated blood (more vascular) (aka harder cock) and much more. Those are all examples of how it heals the body naturally. I don’t see how this couldn’t potentially accelerate penis growth by helping with repair and growth. Plus, increases test levels and a higher libido, along with the better blood flow to the penis, could not create its benefits! To me I think it may be a fast pass to whatever your goals are, no matter your genetics or routine.

You are literally in a sense, giving your penis the best environment it could potentially have for growth, so if it doesn’t help directly, I think it’s safe to say it may superbly help indirectly.

I have been rocking a 23:1 IF schedule and love it. Definitely works for me. Though I am not sure if it has made my dick any bigger, be great if helps!

For December I have raised my carb ratio, but will go back into ketosis come January. I am currently cutting calories, so it works as I can easily fit 1200-1400 calories in. Strength has been fine and workouts are where I want them.

On maintenance I might have to open the window, but I feel good right now. I’m only 5’6” and work a desk job, so I have lower caloric needs.

No. Testosterone levels and GH levels have nothing to do with penis size. If that were the case, professional bodybuilders would have gigantic dicks. They typically take 5-6 different steroids at once at moderate to very high doses along with growth hormone. So their testosterone levels are insanely high. I’m 25, been using steroids since 19, my test levels are always very high, I’ve had my test levels taken in a blood test just for the hell of it and they were high enough where they couldn’t even be read, it just stopped at a certain number (I believe 1,200?) and then had a greater than or equal to sign next to it. My dicks been the same size. I’m still just 6.5x5, last time I measured. I believe girth is more now. Haven’t measured for a while. But that’s due to PE

Professional athletes take HGH supplementations with the motivation to help stay injury free and to help recover faster from injuries. So if the basis of PE is to create a “controlled injury” to the penis, coupling PE with IF should help both penile recovery and consistency because you’re less apt to be injured and more apt to be PE’ing.

I am in the midsts of a personal health overhaul at 42 and IF is something I have recently added to my routine. It will be interesting to see the results as I am doing many things in order to give myself optimal conditions for PE and my overall health, but I probably won’t be measuring up my unit until June or so.

It is not the precise testosterone levels, or HGH levels that should “make” it grow, but perhaps the other benefits to the body intermittent fasting does, test and HGH are just a few of the many beautiful results.

Something I might add, bodybuilders who are doing steroids left and right may have unnatural HGH and test levels, but nothing else is naturally being fulfilled that would help give your penis the ultimate healing atmosphere. Oh, and most bodybuilders aren’t working on PE, I’d safely assume.

And man, one hour window huh?! Looks like your on point though, you say it is isn’t affecting your gym strength and you burn less calories during the day with your job and all so that’s awesome.

Iam on thee ol’ 16/8 window. Iam already lean and tall, and iam trying to bulk! So within those 8 hours, I need to put down 3200-3400 calories, it can be a task sometimes! I love IF and what it has done for me, and iam a better person because of it.

Lol, I don’t think my routine, even if going for gains, will ever require that many calories. I bet that can be challenging!
