Twice a day is too much. Are you following the newbie routine or have you made your own routine up?
If you’re a newbie, then doing it “pretty intense” is bad, overtraining will likely end up with you injured. You need to take it slow and steady.
As for the red spots, you dont NEED them to gain. if they dont show, it doesnt matter.
