Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

Introducing Myself.

Introducing Myself.

I’m 19 years old.
And I’m here to learn about PE methods.

I’m living in Japan, Nagoya now.

I’m here to enlarge my penis more bigger, for me.

My penis is about 15.5 cm in length(BPEL), and girth is 12.5 cm.

My goal is making length of my penis to about 19cm, and girth of it to 14cm.

I’m currently interested in devices, such as an extender, like Phallosan and Penimasters.
And I’m currently planning to purchase one of them, soon.

I have no previous PE experiences.
So I will start my PE when I decide to purchase that product, and the product get delivered to me.

I had some sex experience, but I’m not satisfied all the time.

Every time that partners told me they were happy with mine, but I couldn’t.

I can’t be confident with my penis and become stressed.

I’m happy to be here, with everyone.

おはようございます

It’s better to start with manual PE: The Newbie Routine. You don’t need devices but you do need to understand your penis and it’s limitations.

Good luck.

Thanks for welcoming me :)
What is manual PE? Like jelqing and stretching?

Can’t I start using an extender without doing that?

Yes, jelqing and stretching. All you need is lubricant.

You can use an extender but gains are extremely slow or non-existent via this method. Many people here use an extender as a supplementary method but it’s not required.

Manual PE teaches you about your penis and is the source of most initial gains. Some people, like me, made all their gains via manual methods.

Addendum. There are often really fast gains at the start. An extender can make those happen but so can jelqing and stretching.

Extenders are one of the only methods being backed by medical studies and science. Yes, gains are slow that’s true, but extenders are one of the most effective PE methods.

Well, thanks for your advice, memento :)
Then I will try that manual methods first.

But You are saying it’s okay to use an extender to start PE, right?

Hello boris, well thanks for your reply ;)

You mean, that I can start my PE with an extender, is that true?

Well I will start that manual exercise, first, anyway.

Questions About An Extenders.

Are extenders cannot used without preceding manual exercises?

I heard that manual exercises MUST be preceded before using devices like hangers, pumps, and extenders.

Is that true?

Aren’t Extenders be used without preceding manual exercises?

I heard somewhere that is not mandatory, just being ‘recommended’.

And it is okay to start PE with an extenders.

I’m worried about this because I recently tried manual exercise( jelq, stretching).

Stretching wasn’t difficult, but Jelqing was very difficult for me.

I can’t maintain my erection and my foreskin always rolls up amd disturbs my jelqing.

All I got from jelq is stress and anxiety.

To be frankly, I hope that It will be okay to start straight to an extender instead of preceding manual workouts.

We generally recommend jelquing to start with: it doesn’t require any equipment be purchased or explained to curious people who might find it, it can be done almost anywhere, and it usually works. It’s a “known good” method. However, if it’s awkward or painful for you, you’re not required to start there.

It is OK to start with an extender if you want.

Well you are saying it’s okay for me to start my PE with an extender, okay thanks.

But I have one more question, Will it cause something problem if I skip manual routines and start straight with an extender?

Most likely it will cause a problem. And, most likely, it will be one of the following:

1. Using too much tension
2. Not using enough tension
3. Too much time spent
4. Not enough time spent

Manual routines such as the newbie routine, help you to discover the feelings and sensations that are personal to you. When you know how your body reacts to the exercises, you will be better able to maximize the use of the extender.
