Hey everyone I’m new at PE and I was wondering whether or not all results gained were permanent or if once I’d gained results I would have to continue or if they would eventually fade away. For instance I do PE for 2 years than I stop forever or for a Long period. Would all my results stay or go away? I’m pretty sure some has all ready post this but I’m having trouble finding it so it would be great to get some advise. Thank you all and best of luck to your goals. :)

I would imagine over time you will see shrinkage if you don’t keep some PE practice going, but this is for life, so what’s to worry?


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

You can lose some of your gains, but it’s easy not to if you at least get a small maintenance program going. I’ve pretty much kept my gains but I come and go with a PE routine.

I’ve taken years off and not lost more than a quarter inch.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

The simple fact is that some gains are temporary and some are permanent.The basic theory is if you keep the temporary gains happening, then some will convert to permanent. If you change the fascia of the penis to a certain point, those gains will stick. But cementing gains takes dedication. I wonder how many guys have pumped or jelled or hung for a week or two and decided PE doesn’t work. Those of us who have put in our time know differently.

I wish the gains I make get permanent for my sake. I am still young and I know I will stop PE in the next 1 or 2 years due to school and work demands.

It’s like going to the gym. You have to keep it up to a certain degree.

PE for life!

In my experience the gains become permanent once you cement them. But I haven’t taken a lot of time off so I can’t say for sure.
