Gained .75 in a month, gains are permanent going for second round
I gained .75 in length in a month, its been a few months later and my gains are permanent. Last week I started hanging with 7.5 pounds and have a question. What kind of stretch / hanging can I do to help maximize gains. My LOT is about 8, I know bib recommends low hanging but I want to know a pro opinion of someone else.
My current schedule is not established (mostly because sister visited out of town and cannot do PE like I used to) but this is what I am doing:
Manual Tunica stretches and manual lig stretches about 3 times a day
Hanging with 7.5 #
masturbating more often to reduce girth
I know there are posts about tunica hanging, A stretch V stretch. PE is always evolving, so I want fresh ideas and theories. I will test anyones theories and let you know if it works as long as its safe and isn’t illegal. Again I don’t want forum links, I want fresh ideas I know how to use the search bar.
