Nine Month Gains
Well I added my 9 month measurements to the PE database yesterday - BPEL was 7 1/16” and girth (still) 5.3”.
After my one month off in June I had shrunk back a bit and July/August has been spent doing a version of the routine recommended by Werner Ashford (see post #295 in the “Sweet Rewards” thread): basically 40-50 minutes of ballooning followed by a hot bath and then 60-80 light wet jelqs and stretches. This has usually been done before bedtime to allow a long recovery period. I have done this 2-3 times/week.
To have put on 3/16” is great, although 1/16” of this was just getting back what I shed in the month off. Because it has been successful I plan to continue the same programme through to mid September to see if the gains keep coming through. The only change I will make is to add in some early morning jelqing and stretching - because I do like that pumped up feeling during the day! I may well try dry jelqs for this.
As a direct PE tool, I think the ballooning jury is still out. However, I do think it is a very valuable preparation exercise for the jelqing, in the same way that a warm wrap or an IR lamp is. It ensures that you are fully warmed up and ready for whatever exercise you do.
I do not have any sense that I have run out of gains and remain confident of reaching my 7.3” target by mid November - that would be 1.5” in one year!
