Is it necessary to warmup before all PE exercises

I am new here. I have been reading on this site for almost a month and this is my 2nd post. I stumbled upon this site when I was looking for a penis pump. I have checked my lot and it appears to be at about 8:30. I have been jelqing and stretching. I see a difference already in flaccid hang and girth. With that lot, should I be jelqing straight down, out or up. I have read several threads and am confuesed. I don’t have alot of privacy since I am stationed in Iraq. About the only thing I don’t do everytime is the warm-up. But then again, it is 140 degrees in the shade over here. I appreciate any suggestions.

Well, I’m not sure what other senior members here would say, but you better not care too much about LOT. Jelqing straight down is good, easy to perform and most people do that. You can also do a little modification in your routine by jelqing or stretching, downward, upward, or even to the left and right. No problem at all.

Well, warming up is necessary. It is like you have to do a little muscle exercise to get your body muscle warmed before doing heavy weight lifting :) , so warming your penis is also recommended.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Thanks daboogies, I have been doing exactly that, actually more of the btc stretch. I can really feel the ligs, they are a bit sore after my session. I have been stretching straight up, out , down and I jelq mostly down as far as I can. I really can’t tell a difference between doing the stretches and jelq in the shower, I actually feel more without the warm-up. But then again, I am new at this so I will take your advice.

Gee dreed, I sure wouldn’t worry with warming up, it sounds like you have that took care of. If I was in your situation, I would just do some jelqing in any direction that was comfortable and stretching when possible. When you get your ass back to Arkansas safely, we can worry about the LOT theory. :) In short, fuck the warming up in 140 degree climates, geez guys. :)

There is a difference between the temperature being 140 degrees, and your TISSUE being adequately warmed up for maximizing PE gains, and PREVENTING INJURY.

Based on what I have read during my PE research, you should warm up IF YOU CAN.

Because of your situtation, maybe it isn’t possible. And if not, plenty of people have reported gains without ever bothering to warm up.

In short: If you can, warm up. If not, well, just pay attention to what your body tells you…

Gee, I appreciate the educational tidbit. I always thought my drawers soaking wet with sweat and balls hanging to my legs were a good clue everything was warm.

My Before and After pics -- .5" gain...

Today is my off day, right now I am working on 5 taking off 2. Yesterday, in the shower I let the hottest water I could stand run on my whole package. I could tell a difference, guess I wasn’t allowing enough time for warming. I still feel a little tightness, similar to the ache you feel when weight lifting, in my ligs. The way my work schedule is, I work midnite to 6am everyday, go do my exercises for about an hour total, go run approximately 2 miles, go to the shower and work my unit another 20 minutes. This is great stuff. The wife will be in for a suprise, that is for sure. Thanks for the advice everyone.

Thanks BG, you are right it is a powder keg over here, just waiting to go off.There is not alot of privacy for sure. You guys have nice indoor toilets, over here we have porta-johns. They are so hot during the day that they could be called saunas. If a person comes over her overweight, there is no reason for them to leave that way. Luckily, knock on wood, so far it has all been quiet here. I figure I have time on my hands, and what better way to pass the time but to PE. I can definitely tell that you guys here have found a goldmine. Wish I would have known about this years ago. But I guess as the old saying goes “better late than never”.
