Is It Normal To Feel Some Strain In My Pubic Area After Manual Stretches?
I’ve been doing side to side stretches for about a week now. I’m currently able to do around 5 sets of 50 with the first being a warm-up set resting 1 minute or so in between. 2 days on, 1 day off. I’m currently at 6.2 inches long but it fluctuates depending on EQ (I used a tape measure before so I thought it was only 6 but I’m using a ruler now) so when I pull my stretched length is around the 6.5 inch ballpark. I feel the stretch at the base of my penis during and a bit after the workout but I’m currently feeling a bit of strain around my pubic area too. It’s similar to the soreness I feel after every workout in the gym albeit not as intense.
Is this normal?
