So I think I discovered something maybe just me but for the first 5-6 weeks of PE I would warmup with a hot cloth and jelq 20mins and it lead to 0.5cm gains both erect and flaccid length. Then around week 6 it all went down hill I mixed it up I started to take hot showers then manual stretch for 5-10mins then jelq, but for 2-3 week now I notice it can get that hard as I was in the beginning also I tryed jelqing and I was getting hard so I waited to get soft then I tried manual stretches and my penis died. I could not get hard when I got hard Iwas soft with in 20 secs. So could manual stretches be the reason I don’t get erections or have lost my gains. I haven’t stretched in 5-6 day except today. I found my penis way healthier in the first 5-6 weeks without stretches, and just jelqing.

I’m gonna quit stretching should I keep jelqing. Also will my Penis ever be the same.

Wow, that site is full of crap. Too much stretching can effect erection quality, but will not kill your penis unless you are pulling so hard you separate something. Stretching should be done easy and not as had as you can. Like anything else, if you don’t take precautions and do something too fast or careless you will damage something.

As for your penis ever being the same, the answer is No. As long as you listen to your body and take care your penis will forever now be healthier and might even grow a little. However, you must be careful and listen to your body, not doing so can result in harm. Don’t harm the little guy, just make him healthier.

Heres the thing I can get erections still and when I stretched I never hurt myself or got any pains that made me stop. But when I say watch TV and a see a hot girl or theirs a sex scene I don’t get hard its like my penis is sleeping LOL. Have you ever took breaks from PE

I have taken a week here and a long weekend there for different reasons. However, I would say if stretching is causing a loss in your erection quality maybe lighten up on the stretch or stretch for shorter time frames. Unfortunately, PE isn’t a one size fits all thing. Experimentation is needed with intensity and length of time, along with rest days. There is a sweet spot out there for you, it just might take a little time to find it.

I’m sure those with more experience will chime in within the next few days also; just remember it’s a marathon, not a race. I like that saying.
