Edit: each jelq is 7 seconds long.

I wouldn’t call that hanging due to very low weight. It’s more like extending. I’ve gained length with that weight, but my average was 4.5h per day.

It’s a very subjective thing, but lightweight hanging starts at 3kg.

It depends a whole lot on you. How are your EQ the following days? Frequency of routine? I wouldn’t go up in weight if you’re new to hanging, maximize lightweight gains first.

It doesn’t sound like too much to me unless you are experiencing any negative effects.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
