Let’s say someone was 6-8% body fat year round, would that completely eliminate their fat pad? If I didn’t have any fat pad, I would have an extra inch in length.

It may or it may not. It has a function and that is to cushion and protect the pubic bone.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

You can use that extra inch if you push up against whatever hole real hard. I always use that last little bit when I grind against the wife in missionary.


Sept 2020 BPEL 16.5-17.5 cm, BPFLS 17.5-18 cm. Clamped x4+ BPEL 18-19 cm. Head girth 12.5 cm, MSG 16 cm, BG 16.5 to 18 cm

Goal is 21 cm BPEL, 20 cm EL, 15 cm head girth.

I’m not sure what % body fat I have, but I’m 6’7”, 200 lbs. soaking wet, and consider myself to be in decent shape. I still have at least a .5 in. fat pad.

I’m 6’2” 200lb at 10% bf with like .2 of a fat pad. I don’t be do a bp measurement cuz it’s pretty much the same as nbp for me. Idk if this helps but there ya go.

I doubt you can lose it entirely unless you get to bodybuilder ripped, which is impossible to keep up for very long without damaging your immune system.

I was 8% fat about six years ago but I can’t say whether the fatpad was there or not.

That was before PE so I never thought to look.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Genetics have a lot to do with it as well. Some guys have more/less to start with.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

I do IF as well it has made cutting so much easier. It allies me to eat 2800+ calories a day and still lose body fat. Look into it gents if your interested in the whole fitness thing. Its defiantly not for everyone but its a useful tool for someone who knows their body well and is looking to cut/maintain low bf% (<10%)

The fat pad is just part of the protective layer of fat covering your abs. Lose enough fat over all and the fat pad its self wil shrink.
