Is It Possible To Lose Length From Stretching?

So I’ve been doing PE off and on for a few years now. I gained about 1.5 inches in length but after measuring I am roughly a quarter inch shorter than I was before. That is being fairly generous as the ruler may have been a bit off but it is safe to say I’ve lost at least 1/4 inches of length

I do 5 stretches (Down,left,right.up,and outward) 80 seconds each stretch followed by 20 minutes of wet jelqing

I originally did 40 second stretches but after a while I upped the time and gains did seem to continue

If there’s any good news it would be that my FSL (flaccid stretches length) is still the same size and has not shrunk down at all.
Has anyone else experienced this? And if so what can I do to get my EL(erect length) back to its glory and continue to gain again?

Try to measure again in a couple of days or weeks. Maybe you had a bad day or are in a bad period physically or mentally.

I’ll admit I have been a little stressed lately but normally I could at least get it to the maximum size for a little while.

What is your schedule for number of on days (with PE) vs off days?


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I figured I would take a week if and check out the “Linear Routine” that I read about somewhere.

After I do the stretches my penis is a little turtled afterwards. Could this be a sign of over training?

My opinion is stop obsessing over the ruler… do your routine, enjoy it and go more by what you see… i had to do this when i was very into bodybuilding… i had to quit obsessing over the scale and how nan ounces of weight id gain daily…

Losing length seems like it could be a few problems. I’d suspect it wants a recovery. Maybe wait a few days and see what you feel. I try not to let my dick turtle as much as I can. The way I see it; if you want your penis to be longer than it was than don’t let it return to what it was. But that’s just my 2 cents

I think it’s probably a temporary shortening.

At least for myself, I notice a contraction response in the penis when enough force is exerted on it where the penis when erect becomes shorter, at the most for a few days.

I think there are two kinds of contraction response.

One seems to be more or less immediate, if you measure your flaccid stretch length with a ruler, then give it a good pull, wait a minute, then measure the stretched flaccid length again it will be shorter, but not for a prolonged period of time. I’m not sure this demonstration works for everyone, but it’s been reproducible for me.

The second contraction response type seems to be delayed and prolonged and seems to appear after too much PE or too much force for a prolonged period of time. I haven’t fully characterized this one since it’s something I want to avoid, but it is evident by a reduction in erect size for various amounts of time. If I use a high force for stretching, like an extender for 30 minutes at the highest force setting, I’ve noted a shortened erection length for a few days after a temporary elongation. This second contraction phenomenon seems to have a period of delay between the excess force exerted and the shortening of the penis.

I think it might be. It could be something else, but I’ve had similar experiences so I’m inclined to think that the amount of force used is the culprit.

So what do you do to keep it from turtling?
And does this lead to a large flaccid length in the long run? It’s one of my PE goals
