Is it safe to start jelqing if you have sex often

Hi all, I’m new to the whole jelqing scene. And I was wondering if I start jelqing on a daily basis, will it have any negative effect on my sex life? Is it safe for my penis? Will I experience impotence? Any information would be useful.

Jelqing is safe as long as you don’t overwork yourself. Start with the newbie routine found here and work your way up progressively to longer sessions.

Because you have sex often I would definitely start slow as to prevent any loss in EQ from over training. If your EQ drops I would either take a break or lessen the number of jelqs or lighten up your grip if you think thy me be the problem.
