I’m wondering Is It Safe To Take 20mg Tadalafil Everyday ? Realy need advice

Why do you feel the need to take it everyday?

Has anyone used Cialis black 800mg ?

I was taking 20mg/d (max dosage per my doctor’s instructions) for a few weeks during the worst part of my ED problems. I then took other steps to counter the ED and now am back to 5mg/d, with the occasional 10 mg/d for special occasions. 5 works for me for daily sex. I suggest confirming your dosage with your doctor.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

So you can’t have sex without it ?

For me it would not be safe, because it stays in your system for 2 days and taking it everyday would bring on intolerable side effects.

By taking it everyday you are building up a surplus of the drug in your system and that doesn’t sound like a good thing.

Like mentioned previously, the recommended daily dose is only 5mg.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I have severe ED (diabetes) and for about 6 months I was taking 20 mg of daily Tadalafil. I suffered no unusual side effects and it had only a slight effect on my ED.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

I have rarely felt the need to take it more than one day in a row.

My doctor recommends it to me for both prostate health and ED.

The key words’ ” your doctor”.

I do get erection without tadalafil but its not as strong as it was and my orgasm is related to my hardness. Have tried taking 20mg for 2 days and it was amazing how hard I was
