Is It Time For A Break?

After a year of jelqing and pumping with the bathmate, I’ve gotten little if any gains. I mean I feel like I’m gaining, but I don’t really measure. I’ve taken proper rest and have pumped with relatively low pressure, mixed in stretches at times throughout the year, and I started my first 3 months with the newbie routine. But lately it seems that my unit appears “smaller” than ever. I’m thinking that my ligs have tighten up to the point where it’s limiting my erections. Does this sound like a possibility? Should I take a break or continue? Any suggestions?

If I didn’t have a ruler, I wouldn’t have thought I gained, either. I think most people here would say the same thing. You are never going to really notice an increase in size unless you have something to compare it to because you see it every single day.

You really need to measure.

That said, a decon break is probably in order for you based on time alone. I’d take a month off and come back slowly with just jelqs, but measure this time.
