Currently, I am a point where I am deciding whether to stop PEing or not. I’ve been PEing for quite a while now (I think I started in the beginning of last April or May?) but I have seen some discoloration from my workout which consists of stretches, jelqing and clamping and I do not like how the skin on my penis is darker than the rest of my skin. From my experience, gains in length and girth= more discoloration of the penis. So should I stop PE completely until my penis is back to it’s natural color which means loss of gains? Because even if you have a big member, I don’t think females would be attracted to the discoloration of your penis. Do you guys think it’s worth it to have a bigger penis but at the same time have a “dirty” looking dick?

ALSO: Are there ways to jelq/clamp without increasing discoloration?

You will get discoloration but for it doesn’t stop me.

What kind of discoloration MBP? Is it consistently darker throughout or just in spots? If the whole penis is a bit darker than that wouldn’t bother me at all.

The way to do PE without discoloration is to do your routine less intensely. Moderation really does work and you will probably discover that when you learn how to do PE without discoloration, your results will actually improve.

I hope so. I’m going to give it a try. I just got back into my routine of light stretching and lots of jelqing. I’m going to go very easy, because I don’t want any discoloration. I’ll let you guys know if it works or not after a few months.

24 Hours: When I’m in my flaccid state, the whole shaft has been consistently darker except for the base. When I am erect mostly the lower half of the shaft is discolored moderately and also the underside.

What causes this discoloration?
I would say it’s more due to girth excercises like jelqs, ulis and cableclamp-workout than stretching.

I once read that the high pressure causes blood to enter the skin and the iron in the blood
stays if you don’t take long enough breaks. So more breaks and less intensity should minimize
this discoloration… am I right?

Small regular looking penis vs. a big dark ‘dirty’ looking dick….

I say go for the big nasty dick, but maybe one of the female members will give some insight into what they would prefer.

I have discolouration and pretty bad stretch marks but I don’t care as long as my dick keeps getting bigger. As long as you perform well she’s not going to care what colour it is in my opinion.

JohnJohn: yea I think taking breaks in between sessions is a good idea. When I first started PE, I was doing 2 days on and 1 day off for 3 months but I did not see any discoloration. The discoloration probably came from the clamp sessions I did later on after 4 months of the newbie routine. After seeing a small blue bump and like 8 small red dots on my dick, I took a 2 week break and started PE again for 2 days then took another week break. During those breaks I did see improvement in my discoloration. Right now I’m starting to PE after a week break and I am concentrating on less intense and slower jelqs such as 5 seconds per jelq and shorter clamp sessions. I think I’m still going to stick with the 2 days on 1 day off routine though.

I’m probably the minority here. I’m indifferent towards discoloration, since I’m black, so my dick is already somewhat dark to begin with. A little more color won’t hurt.

Maybe some of the women members will chime in here with their opinions.

@NBP: How long did a cableclamp session last in your program?
I don’t do it more than 15 or 20mins with 1 or 2 (really small) breaks so that the blood can circulate and get new oxygen.

A women’s view on discoloration would be interesting but at first it’s what I think about it - and I don’t want to
get a colored dick… cause unlike dowman5, I’m not black ;)

Clamp session would last not longer than 10 min, 15 min was max for me. But during those times, I would jelq while the clamp was on and that gave me good girth gains. In addition, I would use the overhand grip right below the glands for maximum expansion in the mid section of my dick while I had a 90-100% erection level. I think these exercises is what caused my discoloration. I would do 2 sets in my session and a 10 minute in between and jelq in fresh blood to the penis. Currently, I am just clamping for a max of 10 minutes and kegeling and that’s it. I would probably do like 5 jelqs and 2 overhand grips in that time but very minimal since I do not want my dick to get any darker. And I’m Asian, so a dark looking dick would not look good in my opinion.

Yeah, I mean wouldn’t a dark looking dick kind of disgust some women even though it is big? Like I saw pictures of people with huge girths but with massive discoloration, so it’s kind of a double edge sword you know? And I have heard some of my female friends say that they take into account the appearance of the penis as well, not just the length of it.
