Is Jelqing More For Length Or Girth?
Hello Hello! I read somewhere on here that you should go for length first instead of girth because length gains become very difficult if you started out focusing on girth. That being said I do not want to accidentally do a girth exercise and mess up my potential length growth as length is what I’m primarily looking for at the moment. I’m open to any advice for the future or criticism if I’ve missed any detail.
