I’ve grown 2+ inches in 10 years, some coming and going with the extender, then recently started hanging for some extra lenght and less hours of effort. I was wearing extender for a minimum of 8 hours a day, max 16 on rare ocations, but usually 11-12 per day. Now at hanging are aiming at 2 to 3 hours per day. I have around 7000 hours of extending. Started somewhere near your measurements, a lil bit shorter, and am now over 20cm. Side note: I only noticed my dick is bigger recently. I mean, till last year, it just looked the same as always to me, and I had already grown like 4cm. So don’t trust what you see when you look down. Trust the ruler.

Thanks for your sincere encouragement, ;)
Can you tell me about using an extender?

I am, recently planning, to start my PE with an Extender, without having manual routines because it’s hard for me to follow.

Hi!

I believe it is possible!
I managed to go from 15.5 cm to 18cm!
Now my gains ade stalled and I am trying to increase girth.

I tried some manual exercises like jelq, but it was really hard for me to follow it.

I had a trouble about foreskin because it always rolls up and interrupts my jelq, and maintaining my 70% erection when I do jelqing.

To be frankly, I feel stress when I do jelqs.

So that is why I’m planning to start my PE with an Extender.

The things I want to ask are : Will it be okay to start using an extender without doing manual routines, and, Will it cause problem if I do like that?

There is a good variety of manual exercises, jelq is not the only one. You feel stress, What do you mean by that?
I don’t know which problem you have with your foreskin, I also used to think that foreskin was a problem regarding PE, just ignore it and continue the exercise.
You can do anything, you are free to create your own routine and do whatever you want with your penis, as I imagine you are an adult man and responsible for your own actions. All we do here is to put effort into exercises other men imagined and did to their own penises decades ago, maybe even centuries.
I can be wrong, but I will take my shot here for all the other guys I seen here and other forums: with that mentality you won’t last long, what you seek is a marathon, a journey of seeking knowledge about yourself and your own penis nature, not all exercises will lead to gains. Anyway, I wish you good luck and gains.

Rotated Penis? Unbalanced Ligaments? Lack of Gains through Manual Routine?

The reason I’m trying to skip jelqing and start straight to an extender is jelqing is a bit hard to me.

I tried jelqing and the reason I think the foreskin as a problem of it is,

It always moves forward when I pull forward per every stoke.

As far as I know, jelqing will be meaningless if foreskin moves during an exercises.

I struggled to make my foreskin stay pulled back when I do jelqing, but I couldn’t find a solution.

And even worse, I can’t maintain my ‘imperfect state’ of erection well when I do jelqing.

I want to say, Jelqing feels very hard to understand for me.

That’s why I decided to buy an extender and use it, because I think it will be work perfectly if I equip it properly, with more convenience and efficiency.

I heard it will be good if I use extender in right gradual way, it will make gain well, even I start with an extender.

Of course I want to decide and choose the method clearly and quickly, but I can’t.

I’m in agony between trying manual methods more and doing straight to an extender these days.

Because some tips says it’s okay to skip manual exercises and start straight to an extender, but some says I shouldn’t.

The only things I wonder are,

Is it okay to start my PE with an extender?

And

Will it cause harm if I start my PE with an extender?

You’re asking the wrong questions. Is it OK? Sure do what you want, if you use an extender properly and monitor blood flow you won’t harm yourself.

People here are more interested in maximizing gains for input effort. So what you should be asking is what’s most effective and at the start that’s manual because you reap any quick gains that would come with an extender as well and you learn about the limitations of putting your penis under stress to modify it. That knowledge will help you later on when you find you need more stress to continue growth and want to consider other options.

It’s very hard for anyone here to describe that exact point of stress that provides growth but does not cause harm. You have to learn that yourself. You also need to learn that the penis adapts to stress that is put on it and so if you are constantly stressing it in exactly the same way you minimize gains and maximize the strength of your penis to prevent further gains. That’s why a lot of people who use extenders consider them to be supplemental to a proper routine, something to put on after the main PE routine to keep the penis in an extended state.

Well said memento.

Flataddict, you would be wise to not ignore the advice given to you in your two threads.

Finally,

I made my mind.

I will purchase an Extender.

I think it will be safe and convenient, and, efficient, if I use it properly.

I think I’d better start learning from my experience rather than keep asking and being in agony along a lot of informations.

If I handle that device and realize how to use it properly and adapt my penis to it, and monitor the exercise intensity well, there’s no problem to keep going on and starting my PE with an extender, right?

Can I ask more?

Are gains quicker at the start? Why?
Are all PE methods can get quick gains at the start, too?

I will take care of it, thanks.
I think I have to make my mind soon.

This is the first time I hear someone is pulling back their foreskin to do PE. There is no need for that. As I said before: just ignore your foreskin.

Well I personally gained almost an inch in 4 months but I also do 500-1000 reps a day, every single day with 0 rest days and quite honestly I didn’t know what to expect form jelqing but the results so far are phenomenal! I went from 6.25/6.3 inches to over 7 inches in a period of 4 months. I also only jelq with my right hand while holding my dick with my left because I didn’t know you had to use both. Not only that but I also jelq kinda fast and not slow like you’re supposed to. So if I can do it anyone can do it.
