There is so much skepticism towards PE, that I kind of believed the futility of engaging in it, knowing that my penis would not really increase. But I’ve learned that gains can be made, provided one is dedicated to it, and expects gains to be made, over a prolonged period of time.

I am naturally pessimistic, as I’ve said, but I can help change some of my shortcomings, provided I work hard at it.

We all have shortcomings that we need help to change and work hard to change.

It’s only normal to be pessimist about PE at first. We ear everywhere it’s impossible to increase your size with exercises and that experts don’t believe in it.

Half the reason I decided to PE is for the fun of experimenting and see if it actually worked. It’s literally running a scientific experiment with our dicks lol.

Indeed, I’ve decided that I’m going to lose weight first, see if my fatpad is reduced, and start PEing. But I need to relax. When I’m nervous, my flaccid literally hardens and shrivels up.

The lack of sleep, anxiety and stress can be helped by cardio, so go for a run, swim or cycle a couple of times a week. The weight loss may also make you feel better about yourself. Loosing that fat pad will help your size too.

You may want to get your diet sorted too, if you need to.

And most important, learn to relax. Take your mind off the subject, read more, play more games, etc. Really helped me when I wasn’t in a good way.

Work on improving your erection quality. Your shrinkage isn’t because your penis got smaller. Loosen up and it will come back immediately. I noticed that when I over did things when I first achieved an erection it seemed smaller, but if I maintained an erection over time it would slowly grow back to normal size.

Stress and excess weight; you have too much estrogen! Weight takes time to lose but you can get rid of stress almost immediately of you get your mind set right.

Try getting the best erection you can get and keep it up for as long as you possibly can without masturbating. I bet you’ll see that your penis hadn’t shrunk, it just took it longer to fully expand (sometimes it took me close to 30 minutes). While doing this get up and move around some. That should help get blood moving down there.

Godspeed on your enlargement journey! Your penis gets tired running races all the time so set a nice pace and do the marathon.

I gather my symptoms are part of the flatline. The best thing to do is to relax and focus on losing weight. It will take a few months for my penis to recuperate.
I’ve drastically changed my diet I eat around 1100 calories a day now.
. Low fat/low carb/high protein. I also go to the gym now.

Thanks. I believe I’ve reached a flatline- withdrawal symptoms after masturbating too much. I need to relax and wait a few months for recovery. I did used to jack off 4-5 times a day.

I working on losing the weight.

I’m certain that it works, but it takes a lot of time and dedication. I might start it once I lose my flubber. I need to gain confidence first, which is something I sadly lack.

How much do you weight? If you really are obese, you really have no reason to be a on a very low calories diet. In fact thats never a good idea for your hormones man.

Try going for 80g fat, 1g protein per pound of lean body mass and the rest carbs. Probably around 250-300 (if you are as fat as you say)

That amount of calories is way too low mate. That is terrible for your overall health, hormones and quality of life. Plus you probably won’t lose more weight than if you ate around 2500 since your metabolism will literally plummet after a week or two of eating such a low amount of calories.
