Is One Inch Of Length Gain Possible For Me?

I did quiet a lot of PE, starting about 2 years ago. I signed up for this website called MEcoach and spent an entire year trying to get gains. I tried numerous regimens, every type of stretch, including jelqing and even hanging throughout that whole year. I made sure to take the proper precautions and be safe, warming up, warming down and resting in between. Throughout all of this, I have not gained a single centimeter of size, so I decided to quit. I haven’t done any PE since.

Lately I’ve been considering getting a pump and an extender. My current stats are:

Length: 7 and 3/4 inches
Diameter: 6 inches ( Measure by wrapping measuring tape around my penis)

What I hope to achieve:

Length: 9 inches
Diameter: 6 and 1/4 inches

Are these types of gains possible through pumping, extending and some stretching?

One inch gain

I’m somewhat surprised that you gained nothing in two years of PE. BigAl @ MeCoach certainly knows his stuff and has helped many men achieve their PE goals.

PE is a very intuitive type of process. I really wish there was a cookie cutter formula that everyone could follow and achieve their PE goals.
I’ve always advocated a three pronged approach to effective PE training.

1. Fundamental hand stretching & jelqing
2. Weight hanging (LG Hanger)
3. Pumping - air, hydro or both.

I personally gained one inch my first year of training. It took me two more years to gain my second inch, and a fourth year to gain another 3/8”. I also gained 1 1/4” - 1 1/2” of erect girth too (depending on area of shaft measured).

Extenders have their place in PE. I view them more as a supplement to weight hanging since they really can’t generate much in the way of traction. Our own LGH extender can generate 10 lbs of traction, more than any other China made product, and FYI all the extenders are made in China except ours.

Pumping is more of a girth builder, although it can help generate small length gains. However when you use all of three of these PE training methods in conjunction with one another it will produce a synergistic effect that is in my opinion is the optimal form of PE training to reach your full PE potential.

One year isn’t really a significant amount of time for PE.
I know I’ve said this a million times….. PE is not a sprint, it’s a marathon.

Do you have any EQ issues? If so, that would hinder gains. I suggest you try ‘angion method’ and ‘oscillator’ exercises via YouTube to get your John in form. After stretching, I perform these exercises and it has given me great EQ. I would also suggest that you limit your jelqing as they aren’t necessarily effective for your wanted length gains.
