It depends. Some guys want to hit their goal (for example 8x6) and once they get there, they stop. Some guys will continue only to maintain better Erection Quality and overall Penile Health. Others set a goal, hit it, and then set larger goals. It really varies. I’d say overall, it reminds me of diet and fitness. Some people are lifelong dedicated to going to the gym, others go just to lose some weight and don’t continue. You’ll see a lot of men who struggle to stay committed to doing PE regularly as well.
