Is possible to grow penis tissue in an extreme caloric deficit?

Is possible to grow penis tissue in an extreme caloric deficit?

In a low calorie phase, should PE gains theoretically be limited? Because the body is not able to preserve all lean mass therefore theoretically in a condition where catabolism is favored, especially if extreme deficiency where erections are not at the top already at the hormonal level, building penile tissue should not be possible or wrong? an anabolic environment like for muscles to stimulate growth?

Or the gains could be there but due to the low eq due to low energy they don’t seem to exist? That’s a question that I have been asking for some time

I’ve been intermittent fasting for the last 8 months off and on and have been gaining steadily. Not sure if that actually answers your question but in my experience it hasn’t mattered.

Also I don’t actually have low energy, it’s actually much better than it used to be when I was eating normally.

Caloric deficit will not affect penile tissue. More than caloric deficit, what affects all tissues in the body is essential nutrient deficiency, something that the vast majority of Americans suffer from. Essential nutrient deficiency is the root cause and the genesis of every single chronic symptom, condition or disease. And of course, this deficiency will directly affect in a negative way tissue repair, new tissue growth, and tissue maintenance.

The good news for the heavily overweight men out there is that if they loose 30 kg they gain one inch of length because when heavily overweight part of your junk is covered by your fat. I think I read somewhere that you gain 2cm of visible penis for every 15 kg lost. Loosing weight is probably the easiest to gain length for some blokes.. So being in calories deficit is probably gonna help you rather than hinder you.

Yupp, as much as PE is a “workout”, we cant just take any philosophy that applies to fitness and see the same impact here. The penis has some smooth muscle but thats not reaaaaallly whats being targeted in most of PE to trigger growth.

Caloric intake in relation to fitness training, also specifically bodybuilding is specifically do to how the body synthesizes nutrients to help repair and grow new muscle tissue. Hence why being in a caloric deficit for anyone trying to grow muscle mass is a big no-no. Unless your planning on trying to make the smooth muscle in your pelvis hulked out and target it with isometric movements (you cant) eating like body builder for PE will be useless.

As igigi mentioned about nutrients, you wouldnt want to go on a 30 day juice cleanse (which is stupid regardless of the reason why) because your body will lack nutrients that do help in tissue growth/repair, hormone levels, and several other physiological functions that could leave you more prone to injury or stall proper growth from PE.

Eat a healthy diet for your lifestyle regardless of PE, whatever that might be (if your trying to lose weight that means a caloric deficit) and take supplements or vitamins if you need to.

Hi i’m doing a really healthy lifestyle, i train myself 4-5 days a week and it a balanced diet, but now i want to reach my best shape for summer, so this year i want to try it really extreme to reach 8-10%bf . For this reason i believe that at almost 1000cals (that i probably reach in 10weeks from here) per day doing PE can be a really waste of time. I don’t believe my body will use the nutrients for “penis restruction”. Despite this probably i continue my pumping and clamping routine as possible after that week of deconditioning break, because i like to pump it. Hope to gain in a deficit despite the deficit

So you believe that even if I’m in deficit, with integration of vitamins and other micronutrients, the penis growth can happened?

Hi, i’m also intermitted fasting from a year or more, that’s not influence tissue growth, but i believe that a long calorie deficit can’t permit a penis growth or it limits this development significantly. Hope that’s not like i think.

Given current understanding of tissue synthesis/repair and exercise recovery, it wouldn’t be a bad idea at all to ensure that you’ve got a steady supply of amino acids in your bloodstream as close to 24/7 as reasonably possible (for the nightcap go with a slow digesting protein like yogurt/cottage cheese/a casein shake). I try to keep my diet packed with collagen rich foods. I think the old standby of sleep/water/nutrients will go a long way here regardless of hypo-caloric, hyper-caloric or eucaloric dietary protocol.
