Is simply jelqing and stretching enough
I have a routine that has a 5-10 min warm up (usually in the shower) doing long 15sec stretches in each direction, about 2-3 times depending on initial ‘looseness’. Then I do about 10x50reps of jelqs, starting at about 30-50% hard and going to about 60 or 70% later. Then I warm down with the same stretching as above doing 2-3 sets again followed by ‘helicopter’ stretches.
What I want to know from anyone that has a routine is, is this enough to see gains? (Based on my goals in my sig)
I mean, I’ve been lucky to see some initial girth gains in only two weeks but I put this down to having a fuller erection.
