Is the penis meant to hurt when Jelqing

I’m a newbie and just started with the provided newbie routine.. The under-section of my shaft gets irritated when I’m jelqing which causes some pain. It’s like a little bump that develops which is dark red, almost purplish. It has a somewhat itchy sensation. Is this normal?

No, it’s not normal and your penis should NEVER hurt when jelqing. If you just started on the Newbie Routine you may have been too aggressive with it. Lay off the PE until the bump (I have no idea what it is) has completely gone, then start again, gently.

You don’t say if you are wet or dry jelqing. If dry, try wet for a while after the bump has gone. If wet, try a different lubricant.

I was attempting dry.. And apparently it was there before I started out.. May have been caused from masturbating too aggressively and in that case should I leave it to disappear? Or wait till I can’t feel any pain in that area when I rub against it.

I wouldn,t even worry with any drys right now if you are a complete nooby. Do some wets for a couple weeks and condition your dick first.
