Guys I was reading some posts and I’ve come to a conclusion that more is better, I read about a guy (bigger I think) that workout about 4 four per day for over a year, and he gained 5 inch (HOLY CRAP!) I workout 30 min per day, I am a beginner and I will slowly change the time, to 45, 1 hour, etc.. Is there a limit?? Or a desperate guy can PE for 10 hour and increase his gains?

Rest is very important for a PEer. Don’t go overboard. In my opinion 2 hours is the maximum, with the exception of hanging. Hangers can do it for a longer time because the impact is lower than other exercises. But don’t worry, when one guy hangs and the other stretches, they gain about equal. I’ll advise you to first start with the newbie routine and add a couple of advanced manual exercises after 3 months. Many guys get their goals this way while spending not so much time at PE.

5 inches in a year? That seems a little bit far fetched from everything that I’ve read, even from the good gainers here.

Well, there is something I wanna mention here. The injuries happen most of the time to the newbies (and the vets also). That might be either because they wrongly practiced the PE routines or because they over trained their penis. Once they injured themselves, most of them started to realize how important giving their penises some rests.

There are various factors for increasing the gains, among which the routines themselves and the consistency.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

A wise old goat once said to me “believe half of what you see and nothing of what you read”. I think that applies to whacky routines too.

I second what other respectable fellow members said: I don’t think “more is better”, but “more reasonable is better”.

You should consider everybody here can be different about physiological impact of exercises on his being: so we presently can’t know if time, pressure, effort of exercises can apply on the same basis to a member or another in order for him to get same results or not.

This practice is like an experimental science (= we have general guidelines for safety and personal experience, you’ll have to plan, test, experiment, adapt, graduate, verify on your own).

I know that BIB commands respect in the PE community, but to my knowledge he hasn’t provided any evidence of such a huge gain.
