Is there a limit
Guys I was reading some posts and I’ve come to a conclusion that more is better, I read about a guy (bigger I think) that workout about 4 four per day for over a year, and he gained 5 inch (HOLY CRAP!) I workout 30 min per day, I am a beginner and I will slowly change the time, to 45, 1 hour, etc.. Is there a limit?? Or a desperate guy can PE for 10 hour and increase his gains?
