Is there a relationship between easy gains and easy injuries to the tunica?
Just wondering about this question. I know that some people have different numbers of layers of tunica. Most people have 2 but some have 1 or 3. Also, I am sure some people have slightly different strengths of tunica just based on biological differences, like people have different frames and heights. I am only talking about tunica injuries since tunica strength wouldn’t affect vein strength for example, but maybe it would indirectly protect veins by preventing them from being stretched.
My question is, when someone gets easy gains with some light routines, does this mean they are more likely to get injuries to the tunica as well? (at least at first… I believe the tunica strengthens with months and years of a routine. This would explain diminishing gains over time as well as diminishing chances of injury over time.) This difference in strength/injury could likely be due to having a “weaker” tunica that is more deform-able originally.
The opposite would also apply to hard gainers, do any of you who are hard gainers also rarely get injured/ feel soreness or pain in your tunica? Or to disprove me, is anyone a hardgainer who also gets injured frequently or vice versa.
Just wondering, since I feel like I am an easy gainer who has gained a bit without constant effort or a routine. However, I also got a “rib” in my tunica when I was doing some partially erect bends when I was a beginner, over a year ago. Very stupid of me but it wasn’t an injury, it was probably just a tiny breach in my tunica that was healed over time and feels fine now. But this still means the tunica was slightly breached since the bump occurred where I did the bends. Thanks.
