Is there any way to do ADS and foreskin restoration at the same time?

I’d like to try and fix the curve with stretching and gain some foreskin back at the same time.

There is a TLC tugger and a VLC tugger. I’m reading about both but I can’t tell which is what I’d want yet.

Any other devices that could work? Recommendations please
