Is this a circulation problem?

I have been pumping for the last month. I just started using some sleeves for anti turtling in the last week. It seems after about 30 minutes and sometimes even less, the head is cool to the touch. Is this a problem. Is a sleeve even tight enough to restrict blood flow. I don’t want to turtle but I can’t seem to figure out a sleeve that is comfortable and doesn’t come up over the head or even slip off. Any answers appreciated. Again, my biggest question is regarding the circulation and coolness to the head. I want to leave it on all day while I work but I don’t want to have circulation issues, obviously.

What kind of anti-turtle sheath do you use? I purchased the Innerwear from stealth and wear it quietly throughout the day and I don’t experience any problems with circulation and cooling of the glans. Hi :up:

Thanks for the reply. So, I’m wearing a silicon sleeve. Pretty sure they called it a thera band. It came with some other PE stuff I bought a while back and never used such as a vacuum pump. It looked like the same type of material they sell as anti turtle sleeves so I thought it would be fine.

Its hard to imagine that it’s strong enough to cut circulation but I read in some threads that a cold glans is not good. I’m wearing this thing for several hours at a time but I thought that was the point.

Don’t know if I’m being overly cautious or if it’s a legit concern and I need a different product or technique.
