Hi I’m new to PE and this my first post. I’ve been peeing for about 3 weeks.

This is my program.
200 jelqs
150 horizontal movements
100 PC flexes

And a use the jes extender for approx 1-5 hours ED.

What do you guys think about this routine?

That’s got to be a record if it’s constant.

Seriously Ut, that’s a bit much for just starting out. Be careful. And excuse the ignorance but what are horizontal movements exactly?

When I first started out, which was two months ago. My first month I did 200 jelqs and 50 ulis. I’m on my 2nd month and I’m doing like 600 jelqs and 100ulis. I’ve seen 1/4” gain from my first month. You gotta stay consistent cause I havent on my 2nd month and I havent seen any gain yet.

Okay first of all I meant PEing ;)

The Horizontal exercise I do is described below
“As per usual warm up thoroughly.
Stroke yourself to a manual semi erection.
Sit down with your back straight.
Grab the base of your penis with the left hand.
With your other hand place it under the head.
Put pressure on the base.
Milk downwards from the head.
Milk back upward towards the head.
Complete for as many repetitions as needed. “

So should I cut down on the reps and how much if so ? I workout 2days on one day off.

I would cut back the reps and probably monitor the force your using when jelqing.

It’s common to jump in to things to soon especcially when you start to see results but

A damaged member is much worse than a small one.

Even something like a thrombosed vein can set you back weeks or even months.

Slow and steady wins the race and if you start to feel unusual pain STOP immidiatly and asses the situation
