Is This a Good Way to Gain Length?

I did PE for 6 months last year, took a deconditioning break in December and now I’m back in it. I’d rather improve my length first and work on girth later. Because jelqing mostly gives me girth gains, I’ve gone directly to packing and pumping. I had a lot of experience pumping last year, so I feel no pain from this. It just feels good.

I do 3 pumping sessions a day and each session is 25 minutes. I can easily increase the number of minutes, and I’ll probably try that later today. If I want to work strictly on length, am I on the right track? I’m not jelqing or stretching at the moment. Should I be doing that too?

The pumping is great. It’s how I gained my length.

Stretching gets easier when you realize you’re growing!

Make sure you’re using constant heat for both.

Thanks. I guess since stretching works for most guys, it should work for me too. That should be enough motivation to stick with it. I’ll try to stay consistent with it for at least a few weeks.

Be consistent with it for months. Weeks is like going to the gym and expecting abs in weeks. It’s long term consistency (diet) that makes your abs show. It’s the same with your penis. You’ll be thankful you put in the time.

Strech while watching tv. I do all my stretching lying down. And as Titleist wrote, use constant heat.

Thanks guys. I put a heated rice sock over the cylinder while I pump. Is there a better way to heat? I’ve heard about IR lamps and other things, but there’s a lot to read here and information can get buried quickly. What do you guys use to heat?

I use a heat pad for both stretching and pumping. I dry off my water pump and wrap the heat pad around the hard part of the cylinder (not the rubber coated spring part). I secure it with a slap (or snap) ruler that came with the pump. That’s also how I wrap the heat pad around my penis when I hang (just starting to). It’s basic but it worked much better than warm towels/rice socks for me.

I was reading in the newbie routine that it’s sufficient to do the heating via hot wrap prior to stretching. Should you actually be heating during stretching as well?

Yes! I lay down i my couch and place a ricebag over my stretched unit. I also cover up with a blanket to keep the heat more intense and last longer. You might reheat the ricebag to keep a high temperature.

I would say both. Read Kyrpas threads and you will find out the benefit with heat.

I have done some test myself measuring BPFSL pre heat and post heat and find that I could stretch BPFSL 3-4 mm longer after heating than cold.

Based on what I’ve read on this forum, the warm-up takes care of injury prevention while heating during any PE routine creates greater growth potential.

Great to know, thanks. Have you found a most effective method for heating during? For example, I could hold something warmed up like a rice bag, but I also have a wall heater that could potentially work really well if that would be just as effective.
