I have over a 1.5” (4 cm almost exactly) fat pad and it’s bad. If I use 2 fingers, my pointer and middle finger, I can push almost all the fat out of the way and it almost adds 4 cm to the size of my member. My long term goal was to be 7” BP by 5.25” EG. If I wanted to achieve that, I would have to be 8.5” BP, which isn’t probable at this point since you can only gain so much.

I’m being really discursive right now, but I was just wondering if you could just push your fat pad away during sex so I could get that extra inch. Also, I’ve noticed in some peoples pictures (no names) but they show a picture of there ” 8” NBP EL ” and the ruler is over 1” above where the penis starts. (at least in my mind). You know, if I slide the ruler high enough on my body, I can be 12” according to the ruler. Aren’t you supposed to start where the base meets the body or do you start higher??

In a nut shell, I really want a 7” NBP but this seems very unattainable right now with a 4 cm fat pad. Would pushing the fat pad back during sex be a artificial alternative to the problem and where do you begin the measuring on a NBP measurement?

Sorry I was so discursive, I don’t know why or how or what I wanted to say or how to say it but I hope your picking up what I’m putting down.

Measuring on a NBP measurement is done by resting the ruler or tape measure at the point where the penis meets the body. Either on top of the penis or on the side (though this is also debated because the side gives a little more I think).

Pushing the fat pad aside during sex sounds a little troublesome, the easier alternative would just be to put against your partner and the fat pad will push in a little bit giving you a little more length.

One thing I wanted to ask (without hijacking the thread) was, is reducing the fat pad a done procedure? Does it last and has anyone else here done it?

How about the healthy option, lose weight. Also measuring from the side gives me a decently longer nbp measurment.
