Have any of you made gains with your BP measurements, only to see your NBP stay the same size?

If so, what is the different between then? Also, after making BP gains, do you see your NBP make
gains quickly thereafter?

I’d assume that a gain in BP measurements would result in an equivalent gain in NBP measurements, unless your fat pad grows too.

Yeah, I have no idea why but I just gained some in BP but my NBP stayed the same???

I’ve seen definate gains in a flacid stretch BP measurement, also in BPEL. My NBPEL results are still out since I didn’t really measure good when I started, so I understand where you’re coming from. Possible gains for NBPEL are about 1/8” although I’ve gained 1/2” in the BP measurments. Good luck on your quest!


It doesn't matter where you start, it's where you finish that counts!

In my experience, I think NBP takes a little time to catch up to BP, possibly because skin needs to stretch or something.

It can also be more aggressive bone pressing, or better measuring technique, or taking measurments standing or sitting can also change measurements.


The "average size" is usually over-estimated. Small guys don't take part in surveys and big guys jump at the chance.

I just realized I have gained about 32 lbs since my prime fucking weight, so no wonder my NBP has not increaed. I am curious to know what it would have been. Hopefully in 12-16 weeks I will have some idea.

My nbp keeps increasing yet my bp stays the same.


September 2004: BPEL=5.75 in. NBPEL=5.25 in. EG=4.75 in. July 2005: BPEL=6.5 in. NBPEL=6 in. EG=havent checked yet .75 in gain in both BP and NBP Erect Length over the course of 10 months of "once in a while" stretching.

That probably means your losing weight or removing the fat anyway?
